Job Description

 

Jump Inn Craft Beer Bar and Restaurant is looking to employ a Head Chef for our onsite bar/restaurant. This position is on a full-time basis with a generous salary for the best candidate.

 

To be considered for this role you should:​

​

  • A full-time Head Chef with minimum 2 years of experience and an unshakable passion for Asian cuisine (preferably Asian Fusion)

  • Lead and inspire a 4-6 member creative team (depending on season)

  • Oversees and is on top of the daily kitchen operations

  • Thinks out of the box in creating and developing menus that customers will surely have themselves yearning for more

  • Calm, collected and even-tempered under pressure with the team and when things get hot and busy in the kitchen

  • Exceptional knowledge of food safety & hygiene

  • Menu Costing and Supplier Knowledge is a leg-up

  • Responsible, has clear communication in a professional and respectful manner

  • Excellent physical condition and stamina.
