Be taken on a wine flight that covers some of the best red wine regions in Australia. Offering 15 different Australian wines all scoring 96 and over in James Halliday’s recent 2020 wine guide release. Hosted by the incredibly knowledgeable Johnny Lyons, Senior Sommelier at Aria Sydney, this is a tasting not to be missed.
So strap in, the flight will take off at 7pm with a briefing on Australian red wine regions followed by a professionally navigation through the 15 wines by your host, Johnny. Charcuterie and cheeses will be offered to accompany the wines throughout the night.
