Job Description
Jump Inn Budget Accommodation is looking to employ a Cook for onsite bar/restaurant. This position is on a full-time basis with a salary of AUD 50,000 - AUD 60,000 per annum plus superannuation.
You will be required to do the following duties:

Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment

Assist head Chef with a daily running of kitchen

Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)

Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
-
Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
-
Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
-
Preparation and cooking of all menu items in a busy restaurant/bar.

Stock rotation and food safety

Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen

Check the quality of ingredients
To be considered for this role you should:

Be willing to relocate if you are interstate or in other cities.

Be available on both days at weekends and be able to work split shifts.

Have a passion for food and enjoy working in a busy fast paced restaurant/bar.

Have over 3 years experience as a cook.

Ability to work in a team.

Very good communication skills.
-
Excellent physical condition and stamina.

Ability to work under pressure and have attention to detail.

Have Australian work rights.
